Your admissions packet will include the date registration starts, the website to go to to get the course list (www.fao.fudan.edu.cn/1619/list.htm), and the website to register for classes (xk.fudan.edu.cn).
Before registration, I suggest you prepare a list of classes so registration can go quickly. Here is what I did and maybe it can help you too:
Step 1:
Go through the course list for the semester and mark down every class from your course equivalency list that is available.
Step 2:
Highlight the classes you MUST take. For me it was my Elementary Chinese class. Then go through the list marking off the classes the happen at the same time. Then go through and highlight, in a different color) the classes you want to take. Keep in mind what times they happen at so you don't choose two classes that happen at the same time.
You should pick more classes than you will actually end up taking. Some classes could be full when you go to sign up. Also, Fudan lets you sign up for extra classes so you can try it out when the semester starts and drop it if you don't like it.
Registration:
To sign-up for classes you just need the course code ex. ICES110010. Just like at OSU, you type in the class you want and click add.
I did run into an issue when I was registering for classes. When I was trying to add a class, it said my electives were full. Don't panic if this happens with a class you really want/need to take. My contact at the school said to still go to the class when the semester starts and get permission from the professor to add the class. As long as there is a seat available you can get into the class.
Thankfully, if you go in prepared it is a very simple process. There are six classes in total that I signed up for plus one that I couldn't sign up for. I'll only end up taking 4 or 5 classes this semester. Depending on the course loads, I may be able to take more since you only meet for class once a week instead of 2-3 days like at OSU.
